中国浏阳河酒业有限公司是中商企业集团的一个直属企业，成立于1998年9月。在酒上注册的"浏阳河"商标，原是湖南省浏阳县酒厂于1979年10月注册的，后因行政区划的变更，注册人名义后变更为"湖南浏阳市酒厂"。1998年9月，中商公司买断了浏阳市酒厂"浏阳河"商标的使用权。中商公司为了精心开发浏阳河酒，一方面委托宜宾五粮液酒厂生产加工，保证产品质量；一方面集中力量抓营销，专门设立了浏阳河喜洋洋酒业有限公司。
